For orders under $25, we don't accept returns because we don't want to put you through the hassle of mailing a returned product! Instead, all we require is a picture showing a damaged or incorrect cutter, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
For larger orders over $25, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll handle your inquiry on a case to case basis. We will either send you a free replacement cutter(s) or we will ask for the product to be returned. Either way, we'll pay for the shipping and make sure that you get your needs resolved 100% of the time!
