What is the size of the cookie cutter?

Each of our cutters and stencils have their own sizes which were tested on dough and guarantees good result.

Standard parameters for any cookie cutters, provided on our website are as follows:

cutter height - 9mm, height of holder - 1 mm, height of inner contour - 6.5 mm. The thickness of the cutter - 1mm. The thickness of the internal contour - not less than 1 mm.

Still, you have an option to order your own personal sizes – just add comment in Commentary field in your Order request or send us a request to info@allcookiecutter.com

On request, we can produce any size of cutter from our shop. If you are a commercial baker and need personalized cookie cutters, please contact us info@allcookiecutters.com. We have several options availiable.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours! For larger orders of 30+ cookie cutters it may take up to 48 hours to process.

 We will ship your orders as soon as they are ready. Below are a few rough timeframes that we have experienced:

• Canada - 2 to 3 weeks
• USA – 2 to 3 weeks
• UK - 1 to 2 weeks
• European Countries (France, Germany) - 1 to 2 weeks
• Australia - 2 to 5 weeks
• South America - 2 to 4 weeks 

What payment methods do you have?

Right now you can make a payment using any debit or credit cards or PayPal.

Please note that while paying for goods in foreign currency(differs from RUB), your payment will be exchanged at the rate of issuer (bank) of your plastic card.

Can you create custom cutter designs?

What is your refund and return policy?

Our cutters are custom made and we never hold inventory so we don't accept refunds at this time. However, if your cutter was damaged in the mail or has incorrect size, please contact us with a picture of the issue. We'll send you a replacement cutter free of charge and you get to keep the original cutter! No returns necessary!

What are cookie cutters made of?

Material we use is certified by FDA. PLA plastic, eco-friendly material derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch, tapioca roots or sugarcane. 

How do you make cookie cutters?

All cookie cutters are made using FDM 3D printer technology.

Why do you make cookie cutters using plastic instead of metal?

Plastic has many advantages over metal forms, such as:

• No deformations and sturdiness
• Ability to make internal contours
• Fancy colours ;)

Yet we admit that plastic can not handle high temperatures like metal.

How do I care for my cookie cutter?

Care: Hand wash only, no dishwasher, no direct sunlight.
